The updated Food and Drink sector BREF note BAT conclusions (BATc) were
published on 4 December 2019. This has triggered an environmental permit review
for the
Food and Drink sector by the UK environmental regulators, which may lead to new
Emission Limit Values (ELVs) being imposed in the amended permits. You must be
compliant with the new ELVs within 4 years, i.e. December 2023. This webinar

Environment and Business Directorate and has held the post of national sector
lead
for the food and drink sector since 2008. He was the lead UK Member State
representative on the European Commission’s expert Technical Working
Group for
