The updated Food and Drink sector BREF note BAT conclusions (BATc) were published on 4 December 2019. You must be compliant with the new ELVs within 4 years, i.e. December 2023. This webinar will cover:

  • Main changes in the revised BREF
  • EMS requirements
  • The permit review process
  • Regulation 61 notices
  • Derogation request
