Presenters:

Rebecca Roffe is a partner at CMS Cameron McKenna Nabarro Olswang LLP specialising in planning and environmental matters. She deals with contentious and non-contentious issues for investors, developers, consenting authorities, contractors and operators, focusing on development and operation of, complex schemes through strategic advice and novel approaches to risk allocation. She has deep expertise in environmental impact assessment, nuisance, enforcement and inquiry work.

Ruth Fain is an Associate at ITPEnergised and a Chartered Scientist.  Her technical focus is air quality impact assessment, she specialises in the assessment of odour and was co-author of the Institute of Air Quality Management Guidance document “Guidance on the Assessment of Odour for Planning”.  She works with operators in all areas of compliance and supports projects from inception, through development and permitting and into the operational phase, including prevention and management of industrial nuisance.
