Crisis Management Event for the Food and Drink Industry

In order to help food and drink manufacturers develop the skills to respond to a crisis scenario, the Food and Drink Federation (FDF) is running a training event on Wednesday 22nd February providing expert guidance and a real-time crisis simulation.

The event will enable delegates to gain the knowledge to develop their own response, as well as to:

  • Access expert guidance on preparing a crisis management strategy
  • Learn more about the support available to safeguard your business during a crisis
  • See what works to maintain customer confidence
  • Find out how to manage the media and your reputation

The event is being run for the fourth year and covers aspects including legal, manufacturing, media and communications, and insurance and risk management.

Speakers include Derek Croucher, Technical Director, Morning Foods; Justin Everard, Head of External Communications, Food Standards Agency; Tom Deacon, Business Development Consultant, NFU Mutual; and Matthew Thompson, Account Director, Finn Communications.

Complimentary breakfast and lunch will be offered to delegates.
