FDF Response to BIS Committee's Call for Evidence on Draft GCA Bill

In May 2011 the Government requested that Parliament's Business Innovation and
Skills Select Committee should undertake pre-legislative scrutiny on the
entirety
of the 'Draft Groceries Code Adjudicator Bill'.
Subsequently, stakeholders were invited to respond to a written consultation by
June 2011 and some, including FDF, were invited to give oral evidence in June.
FDF provided both and oral and written response to this inquiry.
