FDF response to Defra consultation on Adoption of the EU End of Waste Regulation

FDF fully supports the ACP's main recommendation that Defra consult on
modifications to the Packaging Regulations to allow PRNs/PERNs to be issued by
the same
accredited reprocessors/ exporters as now on material that is packaging waste
and
on secondary raw material which was waste that has been reclassified as
non-waste. This right to issue PRNs should remain exclusively with such
parties.
