FDF has made a submission to FSA in response to its consultation on draft
Contaminants in Food (England) Regulations 2006. The draft Regulations provide the
enforcement authorities with the necessary powers to ensure compliance with EC
Regulation 466/2001 setting maximum levels for certain contaminants in
foodstuffs.
