FDF has made a submission to Defra in response to its consultation on minimum
qualifications for handlers of ozone-depleting substances. This document sets
out
proposals for minimum qualifications for personnel involved with recovery,
recycling, reclamation and destruction of ozone-depleting substances and the
prevention and minimisation of leakages in relation to EC Regulation No.
2037/2000.
