Developing a Greener Supply Chain - April 2008
Around 200 representatives from food and drink companies, academia and expert
environmental organisations including the Carbon Trust and Envirowise, WRAP[1] met
on the 23rd April in London to discuss techniques and best practice
methods for
developing a greener food and drink supply chain.
The event, jointly hosted by
the Food
and Drink Federation (FDF) and
London
Technology Network, was a key
stepping
stone
in the work towards
implementing
FDF's Five-fold Environmental
Ambition .
