Exports case study: Pipers Crisps

Pipers Crisps is now available in circa 35 countries worldwide, with the most recent success seeing pallets leave for China and Australia.

The year of 2017 has seen the Pipers Crisps brand make a big splash on the export market. With the highest ever top line sales revenue and YOY growth of over 60%, Pipers is really making strides in the international markets. The brand is now available in circa 35 countries worldwide, with the most recent success seeing pallets leave for our Chinese and Australian partners. This growth has been driven by a fantastic product and great distribution partners, but has been accelerated by R&D in the factory with new export packaging and enhanced shelf life. This ensuring that Pipers, 'Crisps as they should taste', can be experienced in even the furthest of markets.

This has coincided with future investment in the team with by expanding the International Sales department which will help give increased focus to export as the Pipers brand continues to move forward. With a very successful show at Anuga 2017, generating over 100 leads, Pipers have big plans to further expand markets and distribution in 2018!

Look out for Pipers at Gulf Foods and SIAL and in a store near you!
