  3. Entries must be submitted online. If you have any difficulty, please contact FDF on 020 7420 7146.  If you do wish to support your online entry with hard copies, please send them to: Food and Drink Federation Awards, 6th Floor, 10 Bloomsbury Way, London, WC1A 2SL
  4. Your entry can be supplemented by up to five pieces of supporting collateral. Please ensure all collateral is clearly renamed and referenced at the end of the accompanying entry form. Collateral may include printed literature, case studies, photographs, testimonials or media coverage. 5. Please ensure that you have the appropriate copyright and permissions for any images, copy or supporting material. FDF may use any images and logos supplied for website, press or publicity purposes in connection with the awards unless indicated otherwise.
  6. The judges can only assess an entry on the basis of the information provided on the entry form and supporting material, so please complete your submission as fully and carefully as possible to give a clear picture of the inspiration, purpose, mechanics and outcomes of your initiative. Inaccuracies cannot be corrected once judging has taken place. The judges' decision is final but feedback can be provided on request until 30 days after the awards ceremony.
  7. Entries will be judged by an independent panel of industry experts. Attempts to discuss your entry with members of the judging panel could lead to disqualification.
  8. You may be contacted by phone prior to judging if additional information to support your submission is required. FDF reserves the right to move entries to other categories if appropriate.
  9. By entering the awards, you agree to be contacted regarding ticket sales for the awards ceremony event.
  10. Companies involved in judging, or sponsors, may not enter the category that they judge/sponsor but may enter any other category.
  11. Please note we will not include financial information in case studies or publicity, it is for the judges' information and comparison purposes only.
