£ Training course

The carbon agenda is one of the most pressing environmental issues facing businesses. Energy and carbon legislation has advanced rapidly in recent years and will continue to do so as the climate change agenda continues to evolve. Similarly, there has been increased regulatory focus on air quality with many areas in the UK not meeting defined quality standards for ambient air.

This course is designed to provide delegates with a clear understanding of the main laws relating to air, energy and carbon, their main compliance requirements and practical steps for managing compliance. The course will be useful for delegates new to environmental law but will also be useful to those looking for a refresher to their existing knowledge, or for other individuals with an interest in this rapidly developing area of environmental law.
