Cereal Ingredient Manufacturers’ Association (CIMA)

The Cereal Ingredient Manufacturers' Association aims to be the leading voice of the UK cereal ingredients industry in the interests of members, the industry as a whole, food manufacturers and consumers alike.

Our objective is to represent the interests of its members in all matters pertaining to the trade in and processing, marketing and distribution of rusk, breadcrumbs, batters, breaders and related products.

The Committee provides a forum to monitor developments concerning residues and contaminants, labelling and additives.
