Professor Guy Poppy CB FMedSci
Guy Poppy is a biologist by background and widely known for his expertise in transforming food systems, both nationally and globally, through themes of human health and sustainability. His roles have included Head of the University of Southampton’s School of Biological Sciences and cross-university directorships focused on interdisciplinary research.
Linus Pardoe, Senior UK Policy Manager, Good Food Institute Europe
Linus Pardoe is a Senior UK Policy Manager at the Good Food Institute Europe - an international non-profit organisation working to create a more sustainable food system by accelerating protein diversification. Linus works with UK policymakers, funding bodies, businesses, NGOs and other stakeholders to advance the development of plant-based foods, cultivated meat and fermentation.
Thomas Vincent, Deputy Director of Innovation, Food Standards Agency
Tom leads the FSA's Innovation Hub, which is responsible for the regulation of novel foods, genetic technology and innovative products. The hub aims to protect consumers by making sure these new foods are safe before they can be sold, as well as giving greater clarity on regulatory requirements to innovators and investors.

Please note that we can only refund the full cost of the booking up to 30 calendar days before the event and 50% for up to 10 calendar days before the event, after which regrettably no refund is available.
You may transfer your booking to a colleague with three working days notice to the organise.
