This category is for food and drink manufacturers who have launched a new brand, or a new initiative or rebrand to strengthen an existing brand. In all three cases, the brand may relate to a single product or a range of products.

Our judges will be looking for:

  • Brand positioning, communication, differentiation and protectability.
  • Why a specific brand approach has been adopted, and the steps taken to protect
    and communicate it.
  • Exceptional performance and innovation.
  • Initiatives taken to build consumer connection, whether rational, emotional or both.
  • Clear metrics that demonstrate customer engagement.
