This award is open to SME’s who have maintained consistent growth over the past 18 months. Growth can be through strong financial performance, capacity and resource expansion, engagement with stakeholders and innovation to support future growth. Open to organisations with no more than £50 million turnover in their last financial year.
Our judges will be looking for companies that best demonstrate the following (from 2023-25):
- Innovation in products, services or processes.
- Expansion or resilience with potential for sustained growth.
- Customer and staff engagement.
- Effective and ethical leadership and management.
