Letitia Rowlin

Principal Strategic Consultant & Executive Coach, Aon Health & Human Capital

Letitia Rowlin is a Principal Strategic Consultant at Aon, focusing on strategic approaches to people risk, health, and wellbeing to foster sustainable, high-performing workplaces and mitigate risk. A former practicing solicitor, risk management consultant, Mental Health First Aid instructor and executive coach, Letitia brings to her work a varied skillset enabling a rounded approach to identifying and solving client challenges. Across her career Letitia has gained experience working with corporate organisations in a variety of sectors including legal/professional services, facilities, manufacturing, food & drink, retail, leisure & hospitality and construction.

Specific areas of interest include:

  • Psychological health & safety in the workplace looking at both the resilience of the person and the environment in which they operate;
  • Using a data-led approach to identify and solve people challenges, ensuring resources are directed in the right areas.

Letitia also believes that how people are led and supported within organisations can have a significant impact on health, performance and productivity. Letitia is part of Aon's coaching faculty and regularly coaches on client leadership development programmes.   

 

Richard Fawcett

Industry Leader – Food, Agribusiness & Beverage (UK), Aon

Richard has extensive insurance industry experience gained in a variety of client management roles managing insurance programmes for corporate insurance clients.

In all roles there has been a focus on the Food, Drink and Agricultural sectors, and whilst at Aon Richard has led major Food manufacturing accounts, including those with multinational operations, ensuring their insurance programmes are fit for purpose and cost effective whilst directing Aon’s expertise and capabilities to help clients protect and grow their businesses.

In his role as Industry Leader, Richard is responsible for growth of Aon’s Food, Agribusiness and Beverage (FAB) Industry Vertical and supports colleagues across the UK by bringing industry expertise, sharing insights, and helping to win new clients, whilst continuing to lead his own portfolio of FAB clients.
