This is a great opportunity for an experienced marketing professional who enjoys working across teams, developing engaging campaigns and using insight, data and performance reporting to improve impact.
Key responsibilities

- Develop clear campaign plans, messaging frameworks, content briefs and channel plans to support member acquisition, retention, engagement and commercial income.
- Work closely with colleagues across digital, membership, commercial, events, policy, communications and corporate affairs to ensure marketing activity is coordinated, timely and effective.
- Lead day-to-day campaign delivery across email, social media, web, events marketing, digital content, paid activity and supporting collateral.
- Strengthen FDF’s brand consistency by ensuring marketing materials are clear, professional, audience-led and aligned to agreed tone of voice and visual identity.
- Use audience insight, CRM data, campaign performance and digital analytics to improve targeting, engagement, conversion and return on investment.
- Produce or oversee high-quality marketing content, including campaign copy, email content, web copy, social media content, presentations and promotional materials.
- Manage marketing timelines, budgets, suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure activity is delivered to a high standard and within agreed deadlines.
- Provide clear reporting on campaign performance, highlighting results, learning, risks and recommendations for future optimisation.
- Support and develop marketing team members by providing coaching, feedback, advice, encouragement and oversight on projects and tasks.
Requirements
- Experience in planning and delivering marketing campaigns, ideally in a membership, trade association, professional services, B2B or not-for-profit environment.
- Experience of working with CRM systems, email marketing platforms, websites and campaign analytics.
- The ability to write, edit and adapt content for different audiences and communication channels.
- Knowledge of integrated marketing, audience segmentation, digital channels, email marketing, social media and campaign measurement and the principles of brand management.
- Experience of managing multiple projects, priorities, deadlines and stakeholder relationships.
- An understanding of how marketing contributes to income generation, member value and organisational reputation.
- The ability to work collaboratively across teams, maintain clear processes and deliver work to agreed deadlines.
