Food & Drink Technology Taskforce

The Food and Drink Technology Taskforce was set up following the Food and Drink Investment Summit in November 2024, convened by the FDF. The Future Factory report launched with Newton identified a £14 billion growth opportunity in F&D if productivity increases. The Taskforce was created to develop some specific proposals and recommendations to help realise this ambition.

We convene a Food and Drink Manufacturing Advisory Group which runs alongside the Taskforce to help factor current industry needs into the work.
