General Mills: Bridging the fibre gap with Fibre One’s high fibre cookies

Published: 11 June 2026 Updated: 11 June 2026

Fibre One’s new soft baked high fibre cookies contain at least 21g of fibre per 100g, making them a delicious and convenient snack or treat to boost fibre intake.

In August 2025, General Mills launched the FibreOne Soft Baked Cookies which bring a new soft cookie texture to the FibreOne range. Available in Chocolate Chunk and Triple Chocolate flavours, these bars offer consumers a portion controlled, convenient snack to increase their fibre intake. Each cookie contains 90 calories per serving and provides at least 5g fibre per cookie.
