Throughout his career, he has helped businesses improve operational performance, reliability, and asset management through innovative service strategies and technology-driven solutions.

A graduate in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from the University of Hertfordshire, Chris has held leadership positions with several leading industrial automation companies, including Schneider Electric, Rockwell Automation, ABB, and Dematic. His extensive expertise spans automation, lifecycle services, maintenance strategies, digital transformation, and business growth.

Over the course of his career, Chris has successfully led service organisations ranging from small specialist teams to global businesses generating more than £300 million in annual revenue, with operations across the UK and international markets.

Today, Chris leads the development of new and high-growth service businesses at Schneider Electric, helping customers maximise asset performance, reduce operational risk, and achieve their sustainability and operational excellence objectives through effective lifecycle management and digital services.

Greg Fearn is the UK & Ireland Sales Director for Process Automation at Schneider Electric, leading sales strategy and business growth across a broad portfolio of automation, safety, digitalisation, and lifecycle service solutions. With nearly three decades of experience in industrial manufacturing, automation, and asset management, Greg has built a strong track record of helping industrial organisations improve operational performance, reliability, and long-term asset value.

Since joining Schneider Electric in 2017, Greg has held senior leadership roles focused on process automation solutions, supporting blue-chip manufacturers across a wide range of industries. In addition to leading the UK&I Process Automation sales organisation, he has played a key role in driving legacy automation modernisation and migration initiatives, helping customers reduce operational risk, improve system resilience, and prepare for future digital transformation.

Before Schneider Electric, Greg spent more than ten years at Rockwell Automation, where he held leadership positions in asset management and regional sales. Earlier in his career, he worked at Nestlé, gaining valuable hands-on experience in maintenance, continuous improvement, and manufacturing operations.

Greg holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from The Open University and combines deep technical expertise with extensive commercial and leadership experience. His passion lies in helping industrial organizations maximize asset performance, navigate technology transitions, and unlock sustainable operational improvements through modern automation and lifecycle management strategies.
