Nestlé UK - Nestlé Academy Campus Team Initiative
The Nestlé Academy Campus Team Initiative involves our apprentices and graduates designing, planning and leading engagement activity with schools, colleges, and universities to help inspire the next generation of talent for our business and our industry.

Historically, our 'on-campus' work centred on engaging with universities to upskill and attract undergraduate and graduate talent. Drawing on the experiences of the University Campus Teams, over the past few years we have modified and re-created the experience at a school and college level.
During our 2016/2017 campaign, our apprentices and graduates ran 280 events and employability sessions, engaging employee volunteers from around the business to support them.
As well as supporting the employability of young people external to Nestlé, the Campus Team Initiative helps our existing apprentices and graduates with their own personal development of soft skills and the behaviours needed to enhance their careers.
