Report of FDF members’ survey of food and packaging waste arisings in 2015

This report presents the results of the survey commissioned jointly by FDF and WRAP to collect data on food and packaging waste arisings from FDF members’ manufacturing sites in 2015.
These results show that participating FDF members reduced the amount of food and packaging waste sent to landfill to effectively zero in 2015 (<0.1%) of total waste arisings. On the basis of these results, FDF declared its Five-Fold Environmental Ambition (FEA) target to send zero food and packaging waste to landfill by the end of 2015 as achieved.
