Apprentices are the industry leaders of the future. This award celebrates a promising individual who has shown exceptional progress in both their skills development and studies or have made an exceptional contribution to the business through a one-off project.
Nominations can be made by a line manager, HR representative or tutor based on their achievements during 2025. Those nominated can be at any level but must be undertaking their apprenticeship at the time of nomination.
Our judges will be looking for:
- Evidence of a specific project worked on.
- Demonstrate a positive working attitude and leadership skills.
- Commitment to inspiring others and becoming a true ambassador.
- The overall journey in their career development.
