Tim Deacon (senior associate) and Neil Connor-McLaren (associate) work in the corporate team at Burges Salmon LLP, with core expertise in commercial. Tim and Neil both advise a number of clients on commercial matters in the Food and Drink sector including Waitrose, Fever-Tree, and Yeo Valley.

Tim and Neil’s work focuses on commercial contracts and complex commercial projects and they regularly advise businesses on a cross section of operational matters, including commercial collaboration and partnering arrangements, terms and conditions (including consumer facing terms) and licensing arrangements. Tim and Neil also regularly advise clients on advertising compliance, including advising on the regulatory landscape and providing a legal compliance review service for advertisements prior to their launch.
