What can you control?  You can’t control your input costs – but actually you can agree your selling price! 

Ideally this would entail working with your customer to try and mitigate as much as possible and then ensure both customer AND supplier have a sustainable profitable business. 

However, we know in many cases this proves to be a much more difficult conversation and can then feel like your business is under threat.  Well it doesn’t have to be that way.

Which is why we are now offering Cost Price Increase Workshops to all our members.  Delivered by experienced ex retailers – who have worked on both sides of the fence.  These workshops are helping suppliers agree cost price changes, as we follow tried and tested processes, that give the very best chances of success.  Preparing well to make sure you know all you need to know.  Planning to make sure you execute effectively.
