Jacksons launched new seeded bloomers

In 2022, Jackson’s of Yorkshire aimed to bring a younger, family audience into the brand. Who are looking for an everyday loaf that offers more nutrition than a standard white for children's diets. Seeds are enjoyed by adults and hidden seeds can be enjoyed by both adults and children.

Jacksons used their current bloomers range and extended this to fit the aim of the new product development which resulted in a more straightforward project with great success.
The addition of seeds in the loaf made it possible to make great nutritional claims such as a source of calcium, vitamin D, protein and fibre – with 5.7g/100g of fibre.
