Quorn’s commitment to labelling new products that are higher in fibre

Quorn has committed to labelling all new products that are a source of or high in fibre and reviewing their portfolio to ensure all existing products are also labelled as such.

In 2022, Quorn introduced 16 new products, of which 11 are a source of fibre and five are high in fibre.
They also conducted a portfolio review to identify products that qualify for fibre claims but currently lack them. Quorn Foods will rectify this by adding the missing claims during future artwork updates, aiming to reduce waste and optimise resources.
Quorn is committed to labelling foods as a source of fibre only if they meet the prescribed levels of total fat, saturated fat, and salt indicated by the red traffic light front-of-pack nutrition labelling.
