The UK Food & Drink consumer & Sustainability

01 December 2021

In the true spirit of COP26, Levercliff dedicated the latest wave of their consumer tracking survey to understanding how consumers were feeling when it comes to Sustainability and their food & drink choices. The research undertaken at the start of October explores with consumers what they feel are the barriers to becoming more sustainable but also where they feel industry should be focusing its efforts.

Levercliff will as always highlight what these insights mean to our industry and how businesses might consider responding.
