Dr. Dale Tromans - Senior Climate Resilience and Adaptation Consultant - Ramboll
Dale holds a PhD in palaeoclimatology and has nine years of experience working with complex climate datasets to understand past climate change and future climate projections. At Ramboll, Dale supports clients in identifying physical climate risks and aligning their targets with TCFD reporting requirements.
He conducts climate vulnerability and risk assessments in line with regulations such as the EU Taxonomy, assessing physical and transition risks of climate change up to 2100 to help businesses and assets worldwide understand and mitigate these impacts. Dale evaluates potential climate hazards like extreme heat, flooding, and changes in wind resources, and their impact on operational and developmental assets.
Grace Cook - Sustainability Consulting Manager - Ramboll
Grace’s work focuses on strategic sustainability consulting, spanning from strategy develop through implementation. She has supported many organizations in understanding the current state of their risk management practices and how to better integrate the findings of climate changer risk assessments, especially transition risks and opportunities into ongoing risk management and business strategy.
Grace has ten years of global experience in the Consumer Goods Industry, leading R&D package development, corporate sustainability strategy, and circularity initiatives.
