Nick is ESG Director at Premier Foods. The role has the objective of leading the organisation’s work on its Enriching Life Plan which is driving healthier and more sustainable diets, contributing to a healthier planet and nourishing the lives of its colleagues and communities. Nick is particularly passionate about corporate and value chain approaches to tackle climate change, circular business models and social mobility.
Nick is currently on the Steering Group for WRAP’s Courtauld 2030 programme, part of the Food and Drink Federation’s Environment & Sustainability Committee and a member of the UK Food and Drink Sector Council Food Security Roundtable. Nick has worked in sustainability for more than 15 years and was previously Head of Sustainability for Coca-Cola Europacific Partners in Great Britain.
Tom Sadan, VP Sales, Risilience
Tom is an experienced sustainability professional, working with food, beverage, and agriculture companies to mitigate climate and nature risk. With a background in soil carbon measurement, carbon accounting, and permaculture design, Tom applies his expertise to support corporate transformation to succeed in a low-carbon economy.
Emma Piercy- Head of Climate Change & Energy Policy, FDF
Emma joined the Food and Drink Federation in October 2019 and has led on developing and now implementing FDF’s new sustainability strategy ‘Ambition 2030’. Emma works across the farm-to-fork supply chain and with other industrial sectors to tackle the shared decarbonisation challenges and to align on industry led solutions across the farm-to-fork supply chain including driving investment into nature restoration. Before joining FDF, Emma held a number of policy and regulation roles with RWE AG, RWE Npower Cogen, Elexon, Sustainable Energy Association, First Utility (now Shell Energy) and National Grid Gas.
