Event: Reforming the EU Common Agricultural Policy

The three broad objectives of the future Common Agricultural Policy (CAP) are: (a) viable food production, (b) sustainable management of natural resources and (c) balanced territorial development in response to the economic, environmental and territorial challenges identified in the Commission Communication.

This seminar will examine the wide-reaching reforms to the CAP of the EU and assess their impact on the Member States' legal orders.
