Joint FDF and Leatherhead Food Reseach Workshop. This course will highlight some
of the 'due diligence' checks you should be considering with regards to product
integrity, quality and safety, including fraud, adulteration and substitution.
Any supply chain, no matter how simple or complex, can present risks that need
to be adequately managed. Food Authenticity is under the spotlight from food
retailers, manufacturers, ingredient suppliers, the food service sector,
the media and of course the regulatory authorities.
