Our Guest Host: Ravneet Gill Ravneet is a former head pastry chef, cookbook author and television presenter. Ravneet founded Countertalk in 2018, and in 2019 was voted one of the 100 most influential people in the hospitality industry. She is the author of The Pastry Chef’s Guide, Sugar: I Love You and Baking for Pleasure, and a judge on Channel 4’s Junior Bake Off (2021-2025) and 5 Star Kitchen (Channel 4/Netflix). In June 2025, Ravneet opened of her first restaurant, GINA, in Chingford with her husband Mattie. |

FDF Event Cancellation Policy
Please note that we can only refund the full cost of the booking up to 30 calendar days before the event and 50% for up to 10 calendar days before the event, after which regrettably no refund is available.
You may transfer your booking to a colleague with three working days notice to the organiser.
