FDF Scotland appoints Jim Fox as new Chair

Food and Drink Federation (FDF) Scotland has appointed Jim Fox - Head of Public Affairs GB at Coca-Cola Europacific Partners - as its new Chair. Jim takes the reins from Dr Gary Stephenson from Devro who served as FDF Scotland’s Chair for six years.

Jim brings a wealth of experience which will support the FDF’s members with key priorities including supporting balanced diets and building a sustainable food system.

“It was a real privilege to serve as Chair of FDF Scotland for the past six years, helping guide Scotland’s largest manufacturing sector to navigate the impact of Brexit, Covid and developing sustainability requirements, ably assisted by their dedicated and professional team.

“I am handing over to someone I have known for many years and has the interests of the Scottish industry and politics at heart and will use his experience to shine a guiding light for this exciting and diverse industry.”

Food and Drink Federation Scotland’s Chief Executive Officer, David Thomson, added:
