Promoting higher fibre snacking

KP Snacks invested in substantial media and promotional activity to promote higher fibre options within their portfolio.


During 2023, KP Snacks made significant investments in media and promotional activities to support their KP Nuts product range in the UK.


This promotional activity, along with the ‘High in Fibre’ message on the front of packs, allowed KP Snacks to engage with consumers effectively throughout the year, emphasising the high fibre content of the KP Nuts portfolio.


In April, KP Snacks supported Movember with the launch of a 250g Original Salted Peanuts pack for Testicular Cancer Awareness month. This charity pack urged consumers to ‘check your nuts’ with KP Snacks donating 10p from every pack to the Movember charity, raising a total of £50,000. The campaign also included PR activities and social media.


Starting in May 2023, a 9 week media campaign promoted KP Nuts Snack Packs, which carry a front of pack fibre claim. This included out of home, online video and social media platforms with a £900k investment.


From October to December, another 4 week media campaign promoted the Flavour Kravers range. This featured out of home and social media, with a further £230k spend.


KP Nuts were also promoted in the Christmas period with out of home, print and digital display activity.
