This webinar ran in partnership between FDF and Levercliff Associates will help you learn more about consumer attitudes to reformulation and health and the business perspective to making changes for health.

FDF Scotland's Reformulation for Health Manager Joanne Burns has recently undertaken research with Levercliff Associates to determine consumer and business attitudes to reformulation. The research looked at consumer attitudes to health and wellbeing as well as highlighting key consumer profiles and what drives them when purchasing. It also analysed Scottish SME food manufacturers experiences of reformulation as well as identifying where any gaps and challenges are.

We have developed a new and exciting reformulation toolkit presented in the webinar to help companies start their reformulation journey.
