Leading with Your Heart: Unleash the Power of Emotional Intelligence in Leadership

13 December 2023

Emotional Intelligence is the ability to recognise, understand, and manage our own emotions, while also being able to recognise and influence the emotions of others. Emotional intelligence has become an increasingly important aspect of leadership, as it allows leaders to build better relationships with their teams, handle conflicts more effectively, and make better decisions.

In this webinar, we will discuss the importance of Emotional Intelligence in Leadership and how it can be developed through the Cranfield University Senior Leader Programmes. The Senior Leader Programme is a world-renowned executive education program designed to help senior leaders develop their leadership skills, including emotional intelligence. This program provides senior leaders with the opportunity to learn from world-class faculty, engage with peers, and develop new skills and insights to enhance their leadership capabilities.

We will explore the key concepts of Emotional Intelligence in Leadership, including self-awareness, self-regulation, empathy, and social skills. We will also discuss how the Cranfield University Senior Leader Programme can help leaders develop these skills and become more effective.
