FDF at Food Matters Live

The Food and Drink Federation's Leadership Team will be out in force at this year's Food Matters Live nutrition and health conference taking place from 17-19 November 2015 at ExCel, London. Delegates can also visit FDF representatives at stand 320.

FDF experts will be engaging in debate on the following topics:

  • Nutrition labelling (Tuesday 17 November, 10.30-12.00) – Nutrition and Health Manager Kate Halliwell will be chairing a seminar on nutrition labelling.
  • Prioritising Public Health (Tuesday 17 November, 10.45-11.45) – Director General Ian Wright will be participating in a panel discussion about improving the nutritional state of the nation.
  • Sustainability matters (Tuesday 17 November, 12.45-14.15) – Environment Policy Manager David Bellamy will be chairing a seminar on understanding innovations driving sustainable packaging trends.
  • Best practice in sugar, salt and fat reduction (Tuesday 17 November, 15.45-17.00) – Corporate Affairs Director Tim Rycroft will be chairing a seminar showcasing the different approaches taken across the industry to reduce sugar, salt and fat content.

Food legislation experts Ashbury Labelling will be on the FDF stand from 1.30pm on 17 November 2015 to host a labelling clinic for any companies wishing to bring their labels for advice.

FDF will also be offering companies signing up to FDF membership a 20% discount for the duration of the show , as well as free copies of the SFDF Reformulation guide for SMEs.
