Playing to Win Together (PTWT) is a UK & I business cultural programme designed to empower colleagues to lead with care and courage, focusing on trust and psychological safety through three pillars: 'Courage over Comfort' 'Clarity is Kindness', and 'Connection through Curiosity'. It encourages a growth mindset, powerful dialogue, and inclusive connections, supported by functional champions and continuously evolving with new content such as "think differently" and "building meaningful connections". Launched in 2024, it positively impacts on colleagues and the organisation.
